Pre-Loved Furniture

To help with Cost-of-Living problems, we offer low price pre-loved furniture in our main shop in Millom. Refreshed regularly, it's the best place to find deals on household goods!

Low-Cost Food Shop

To save you money on your weekly shop, our community shop at our HQ on Devonshire Road Industrial Estate offers all the staples you need at a price guaranteed to beat Tesco!

Help With Forms

If you're struggling with Job Applications, Universal Credit or other forms, online or on paper, we're more than happy to sit down with you and help you through things.

MNC Van Service

If you buy furniture at our main shop and need it brought to your home, or if you have furniture to donate and need it taken away for free, give us a call and our van crew will help you out!

Meals on Wheels

If you want a freshly cooked meal for you or a loved one, but don't have the time or the means, ask about our well loved Meals on Wheels service. Our MNC Kitchen is always ready to go!

CVs and Covering Letters

As part of our MNC Job Club, we will help create or update CVs and Covering Letters for you entirely for free! As well as this, we can help with job searches, applications and finding work experience.

Workshop

Sometimes, second-hand items of furniture can be very second-hand. Luckily, our workshop is well equipped for upcycling. If you'd like to spruce up some of your furniture items, let us know!

Volunteering

Leaving school and need experience? Have gaps in your CV? Bored and want to try something different? From retail to woodwork, there's a range of volunteering opportunities to try with MNC!

Social Groups

If you're looking for a chat, some good company and a free meal thrown into the bargain, try out the Ladies Lunch Club or Men's Group at MNC, on Mondays and Thursdays respectively!

  • The Retreat Café ~ Hosted here at MNC and run by Millom ICC, the Retreat Café is a place for anyone to gather for a chat, a meal and some games
